  • My largest unit development to date is for 22 Units here in Newcastle. This development was on three levels and included a centrally located open space and internal garden retreat and the individual units also had landscaped balconies.

  • The largest tourism development is a hotel caravan complex with 47 caravan sites, associated car parking, caravan park, and open space approx. 19,782 sqm.
  • 7 Child Care Centres throughout the Hunter Valley to DOC’s requirements
  • Largest Flora Survey submitted and accepted by Lake Macquarie City Council involved identifying, photographing, measuring, assessing and plotting to scale over 100 trees on a 7 ha site at Cooranbong
  • Initial Flora investigation for the proposed subdivision at Advantage Avenue Morisset addressing State and Federal Legislation accepted by Lake Macquarie City Council with the subsequent subdivision being completed.
  • Flora Assessment and Landscape Design for an environmentally sensitive site in a ‘gateway’ precinct successfully accepted by Wyong Shire Council
  • My smallest commission was for a private courtyard approximately 60 sqm.
